NEW for 2024, our Vendor-Exhibitor Application is now two pages but a single PDF document. This single document (form) can be used to apply as a Food Concession Vendor, Direct Sales Vendor, or "Exhibitor" (Business or Other Organization). There are blank spaces at the top of page one to fill in your Vendor-Exhibitor "type" and corresponding "rental" amount (type and pricing is found on page two). Please note the information you are providing is relative to the rental of a single "standard" unit (trailer space, tent space, etc.). *Space for "Stock" trailers is included (if deemed necessary and within reason) but is not guaranteed to be adjacent to your primary sales or exhibit space. If you have questions regarding what a standard unit or size or rental fee is as it relates to you, please call Joe Croft at 330-432-1545 (Cell). All requested information MUST be completed and mailed c/o First Town Days Festival, 161 Tuscora Avenue, New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663 for approval and to reserve space at the festival. Payment for rental should also be included with application unless other arrangements have previously been made. All Vendors-Exhibitors are advised to read and understand all terms and requirements this application and agreement prior to submitting.  If you are applying as a "Craft Show Participant", please contact the Craft Show Coordinator (see festival contacts page) for that category and a separate application. APPLICATIONS WILL CONTINUE TO BE RECEIVED THROUGH JUNE 20TH 2024
