FTD Recognizes "The Tuscora Park Ferris Wheel Restoration of 2022-2023"

"New Life for an Old Friend"

Each year the First Town Days Festival Committee selects something or someone in the community, Tuscora Park, or the festival itself to recognize through our commemorative plate.

We hope you will join us Friday June 30th at 4:00 p.m. for our Opening Ceremonies and stay for the Annual Plate Auction beginning at 4:30 at the Al Maloney Midway Stage The plate auction is to sell the first five plates (numbered 1-5) and kicks off our plate sale to the public supporting the First Town Days Festival and Park Projects. Plates will be available to all immediately following the auction. This year there will only be 75 Plates available to the general public so be sure to purchase yours as soon as the auction is finished!

This year’s artist, Jim Celuch, is well known for his excellent work and artistry as a photographer. Jim is a longtime resident of New Philadelphia and has strong ties to the community and to First Town Days having provided several of our plate designs over the years. He is also the owner of Celuch Creative Imaging in New Philadelphia specializing in commercial and advertising photography, graphic design, and website development. The First Town Days Festival Committee so appreciates him and recognizes Jim for all of his contributions and support of First Town Days throughout the years.
